Bridget Woodhead Director

Over the past 20 years Bridget has worked predominantly in Health and Social care. She has worked with services for clients with complex needs, including those affected by drug and alcohol misuse, mental ill health, domestic violence and people with a learning disability. Bridget is an Internal Verifier and is responsible for verifying and internally auditing NVQ and VRQ’s through various awarding bodies. In 2007 Bridget became a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and since then has delivered training to hundreds of people. Bridget’s main goal is to peel back the layers, myths and assumptions surrounding mental ill health and reveal a new understanding of what mental health is.

Rachel Smith Training Consultant

Rachel has a vast range of experience within the Health Improvement sector including project managing several healthy living programmes, designing and delivering training and promoting health equity for all individuals. She is a qualified trainer and assessor and has taught on the City and Guilds ‘Health Trainer’ qualification, the One Awards ‘Helping People Make Healthier Choices’ course, Information Governance as well as designing and delivering training in ‘Diabetes Awareness’ and ‘Customer Service’. She is passionate about educating people around the signs and symptoms of Dementia and what support is available for the individual and their carers.
